Quitting smoking, for most people, is a very difficult thing to do, in fact, most people who try to quit after a long period of time smoking, they are unable to do so or at least not not succeed, many leave for a while and then come back to it and start smoking again, however, it is certainly possible for you to quit smoking successfully and there are ways to make it much easier for you.
Most people who try to quit do one of two methods:
1.) They buy things like gum and patches stores to try and reduce cravings
2.) They try to make the turkey is completely cold
Now you can use both methods to stop smoking, however, can be very difficult for most people.

Here are some tips I want to share with you:
=> I do not think the two most common methods are the only ways you can quit, because it is not true, there are certainly other methods and considers some of the other to be much more effective, so research and choose a method that will attract more
=> Develop your mental strength. I think the main reason that people do not quit smoking is not due to physical dependence, it is because they are not mentally strong enough to do it, the fact of the matter is that you are physically capable of not smoking, but it is not your thought and will and determination that give you the ability to resist the temptation to do so.
=> Be aware that smoking is not nice. A lot of smokers actually manage to convince themselves that please the taste of cigarettes is particularly visible when it comes to stop, however, when in fact they smoke one, you realize it's not pleasant, remember this when you think you really want to smoke, do not forget that it's just your mind trying to "trick" you have one.
=> Achieving the great benefits that come from not smoking, think about how it will affect your life in a positive way, think how good it is, these things, or at least should motivate you to achieve your goal of quitting smoking.
