I do not even want to know how to leave early, so I do not seek my help to do it. I quit smoking by chance.
I saw an ad in the Oregonian newspaper about an easy way to make money, and I bought the book. But I think I have something that completely blew me-one. Techniques had, I call behavioral strategies, and helped me to leave.
I did not know it was a book of self-improvement when I bought it, but it helped me quit. The formula has changed my personality wise, I thought, "Maybe I can help you stop too." Besides the money involved in smoking cigarettes, there is a very real problem of health as well.
I'll say more about that, and how to stop at once; but let me tell you how I became addicted to nicotine. I started inhaling smoke when I was a freshman in high school a few years ago. He gave me a whiff of cigarette way back when I was about 8 or 9 years.
The orphanage, where I grew up from the age of 5 years, had a potato cellar. My friends and I puff cigarettes without us having to inhale cigarette smoke.
I did not start inhaling smoke until I was in high school. A boy who lived in the orphanage also teased me about smoking cigarettes instead of inhaling cigarette smoke. He played in the football team, and I was alone in the team of first year, so I looked up to him.
Human nature made me want to impress her, he gave me a big puff that cigarette and literally knocked me on my ass; And I do not mean the cigarette butt either. He laughed, but it has become easier to inhale cigarette smoke I INURED addiction to nicotine; and I became addicted to nicotine at a very young age.
My hope, however; will be the best football player as he could be, he helped me to leave the summer before my senior year in high school. I thought I'd be able to make a lot of money playing professional football that I could in almost any other job.
I picked up the bad habit of smoking cigarettes again, a few years after leaving the orphanage. At that time, my hope was to find a cigarette butt that someone threw, which was enough to get some resistance there.
It helped me quit smoking
As I said, I was not trying to find ways to stop smoking; and he never had that could change the thoughts in my head, how, or even wanted to change. But I found something that helped me quit anyway.
One day I saw a full page ad in a major newspaper of the Pacific Northwest, the Portland Oregonian. It has been promoting an easy way to earn more, but I was a little surprised that it was actually a book on how to make 3 easy to self-improvement skills to change my behavior.
Behavioral strategies
I learned that I could change the thoughts in my subconscious. I found changing thoughts that you hear when you think. It's not what you say when you go around talking to yourself in a way sub-vocalization, which are words that are controlled by your subconscious mind. Rather unconscious thoughts that control your actions and reactions.
Tip: Use the behavioral strategies to exit.
I can tell you how to stop smoking; which is the same thing that helped me quit. Develop consistent application by personality traits simple mutual assistance procedures, which are three strategies behavior premeditated self-improvement:
Be assertive personality trait you want to achieve (such as smoking cessation) at least twice a day - I look and I say that emotion,
Meditate in this case, you have the will,
And, keep in touch with the Universal Intelligence dive into the silence for about 20 minutes each day.

These three behavioral strategies have helped me become a better person and helped me quit too. If I can do it, so can you.
